I was not thrilled with my local LR dealership service and decided to drive 2 hours to Princeton. I couldn't have been happier. Carlos D'Oleo in service was very accommodating and even tried provide me with an Enterprise loaner from a location closer to my home when he was unable reserve a loaner at the dealership - and pay for the expense. He was very considerate on the phone and explained the repairs needed on my vehicle very clearly - which I appreciate as I am no mechanical expert. Not only will I continue service at this distant location from now on, I will look to purchase my next Rover here when the time comes. This is a top notch dealership. Thank you Carlos! More

We rented a car and drove up to Connecticut to see one at the end of the day. It was just what we were looking for but we didn't want to make a decision on the spot. They were pleasant and didn't apply any sales pressure. We slept on it and called the next day with hopes of purchasing it, but someone else came in and bought it that day. We found another one with more miles but in mint condition at the Princeton dealership. It was love at first drive. We worked with wonderful Karen. She was so easygoing, attentive, and on the ball. Karen very competently led us through a smooth transaction, offering honest and helpful advice along the way. We purchased an available warrantee package just to give us peace of mind. More than 3 months in now, we couldn't be happier with our LR4, as well as the service provided by Karen and her crew at the Princeton dealership. More

No Pressure Family Care My Chevy Tahoe lease was up and I was looking for a family car for my 3 kids that I felt comfortable with my wife driving. Range Rover, Range Rover i My Chevy Tahoe lease was up and I was looking for a family car for my 3 kids that I felt comfortable with my wife driving. Range Rover, Range Rover is all I heard my wife say! Well....I gotta say, that's all I'm saying now. Just a few weeks ago, I went in to take a look at the full size and I was impressed. So many features, so much safety. All I thought about was my wife scratching a rim, but.....not now....all sorts of driver assists, etc....makes me comfortable knowing shes all set even without me there :) I also want to give a big nod to the sales folks and management at the Land Rover of Princeton.....I walked in there 10 minutes to 5:00pm, just shy of closing and the general manager Steve greeted me and assured me he'd find what I was looking for. Within minutes I was connected with Joel Mironov (I have to callout his last name in case anyone is looking for a great salesman)....Joel was no pressure, happy to help and most importantly super professional....he had no problem taking me on a test drive past 5pm, after they were closed.....he educated me on the vehicle, took me for an amazing tour of Princeton and gave me his personal cell phone to chat whenever I wanted to discuss anything about the vehicle. I promised myself I wouldn't buy a car that day because I wanted to do some shopping around, but.....it happened....couldn't resist.....I'm happy to say that today my wife is driving around "on the first day of school" in a brand new Range Rover.....you know what they say.... happy wife, happy life :) More

Our experience was great, Joel was extremely helpful, informative and patient as he answered all my questions. This has been our best experience purchasing a car. We have also had a good experience with the service department. Steve was extremely helpful. All in all the Princeton dealership is one I actually look forward to visiting!
