I'm an old guy and have owned and driven lots of different kinds of cars and suffered with dealers who just didn't care as well as service department I'm an old guy and have owned and driven lots of different kinds of cars and suffered with dealers who just didn't care as well as service departments that didn't know the meaning of the word "service." It is so nice to be dealing with a group of people who care about me and my car. The people at Jaguar Land Rover of Peoria greet you with a smile on their faces and show that they are genuinely interested in giving you the best service possible. The paperwork process was smooth and professional with a lot of bs upselling or extra charges. All good! Since the purchase, I have interacted with Doug in service for a recall issue and an oil change. He was great. Picked up my car as promised, left me one, did the work on mine and returned it in the same day. All of my contacts thus far have been exceptional at jaguar Peoria. They "get it"! More
I wish they were closer My 2005 Jaguar XJ8L needed the rear wheel bearings replaced. This meant that the car had to be flat-bedded to the service department approximately 10 My 2005 Jaguar XJ8L needed the rear wheel bearings replaced. This meant that the car had to be flat-bedded to the service department approximately 100 miles away. Unfortunately the service department did not have a loaner available. So the slightly lower rating on "Price" is due to the high cost of Jaguar parts (not the service dept. fault), the high hourly rate for service, the need to pay for a tow service, and the need for a rental car while mine was in the shop. Everything else was exceptional. The car was finished on time even though I asked for some additional work to be done while the car was in the shop. The car was returned in perfect condition and the staff was friendly and professional as usual. More
