They know me Had to bring my XF-R in for some service. Doug is there before 7:00 am, so I can drop off and get the loaner, and make a 7:30am meeting. He had arranged an XF, but I mentioned the F - Type we walked by. He asked if I wanted an F Type as he had one as a loaner. It turned out to be a convertible as well. Although I only put about 20 miles on it, it was the most fun loaner I've ever had. I need to also mention Jennifer - always making sure I'm being taken care of . With Doug and Jennifer, there is never a problem with Jaguar Service. Love the flexibility and customer focus I get from Uftring Jaguar Peoria. More
