This meant that the car had to be flat-bedded to the service department approximately 100 miles away. Unfortunately the service department did not have a loaner available. So the slightly lower rating on "Price" is due to the high cost of Jaguar parts (not the service dept. fault), the high hourly rate for service, the need to pay for a tow service, and the need for a rental car while mine was in the shop. Everything else was exceptional. The car was finished on time even though I asked for some additional work to be done while the car was in the shop. The car was returned in perfect condition and the staff was friendly and professional as usual. More
