Land Rover Peabody

I have been a LandRover customer for over 25 years. I worked with another dealer until 2021, when I was given the runaround, no response to emails or phone calls in response to an end of lease and put I worked with another dealer until 2021, when I was given the runaround, no response to emails or phone calls in response to an end of lease and put he of a new Range Rover. Finally after many unanswered messages. I called my previous salesman from the dealer who is currently working at LandRover Peabody. This dealership couldn’t be more inconvenient for me as far as location, but at this point I was more concerned about having a reliable salesperson. I had traded a 2019 Range Rover HSE for a BMW X6 M50i. I hated the car. I leased it and wanted out. It did not drive like a Rover. I contacted Rusty Johnsen, my previous salesman at my local dealer who is now in Peabody. He responded immediately and gave me options. He found me a car, not the exact car I would have chosen had it not been for the pandemic, but he knew what was incoming, he knew what I liked and the day it arrived at Peabody he texted me a picture of the Range Rover Sport while it was still on the delivery truck and said call me ASAP. I did and I gave a deposit and after literally driving him crazy with lease options and driving Chelsey in the finance department crazy as well. I changed the lease terms a few time. Not once were they impatient, frustrated or annoyed with me. I never saw the car in person, but it was delivered to me by Rusty a week later, with a few treats. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Kudos to LandRover Peabody and to Rusty, Chelsey and all of their employees. I hope to be purchasing my next vehicle from Rusty. He is the best. As far as the BMW, the dealer I leased it from put it in their showroom , it had 1000 miles and sold it within days. So it all ended well for me. More

I have had a number of Range Rovers over the last 2 decades. Hands down Land Rover Peabody has the best in SALES (Rusty Johnsen) and SERVICE (Chris Tsaparlis). My experience purchasing cars has not decades. Hands down Land Rover Peabody has the best in SALES (Rusty Johnsen) and SERVICE (Chris Tsaparlis). My experience purchasing cars has not been limited to just Range Rovers so I know a thing or two about buying and service.  The two run hand in hand at Land Rover Peabody.  The relationship seems valued by the entire dealership.  I dont see that any place else and feel it is the most important feature if the dealership wants repeat business. Rusty Johnsen has been my go to guy at Land Rover Peabody. He has a great personality and work ethic and is very eager to make the process easy. I am writing this review so he gets recognized for his  exceptional effort! My experience with their service is unparalleled. Chris Tsaparlis has been my service coordinator since about 2005.  He has made every service appointment a pleasure.  I have truly appreciated his sincere effort on my behalf.
