I have worked with Phil most often and have always found him to be polite, well informed, patient, helpful, and very honest. I have never had an issue with getting a loaner car and I have always found the service to be timely and thorough. I never thought bringing my car for service could be a pleasant experience, until we switched to Prestige. Thank you! More

Dropped off my XF, got in a free-loaner Range Rover, got a call the next day my car was ready! My only wish (and I know it's a wish) was to be driving the new F-type convertible as the loaner! When we arrived to the dealer we were trying to get a deal for two cars. Since the beginning we gave the salesman all the details and the information to work with. The first day he took the info and ask us for one more day to work with it. The second day he gave us a deal, signed the contract, gave us the keys of the car and showed us the features and everything from the car. When we were about to deal he made us wait because there was a problem. We had to go back a third time to be told that he was changing the deal. He tried to then push us to another car. Then he told usvto go back a fourth time (that time was going to be for real). He also told us that if we wanted we could go to another dealer. Believe me, thats what we did. We have got a better deal, excellent service and got a beautiful car in less than 24 hrs. If its that horrible to BUY a car I cant imagine how horrible the service must be. More
Prestige is the absolute best place to service your vehicle. I have been dealing with Phil since he was at Bergen jaguar going back to 2002. He is a professional, courteous all around fantastic guy. He is always upfront with me, not pushy and listens to my concerns and is genuinely interested in my car! He obviously has a passion for Jaguar cars and seems to know everything about them, he always has an answer for me and always keeps my wife and I happy. I would never think of buying another brand from another dealer other than Prestige for the sole reason that Phil is there.! More
Brought my jaguar in for an oil and filter change. I was advised that this would take approx. 20-30 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours and when I would ask what was going on, I was told that my car would b advised that this would take approx. 20-30 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours and when I would ask what was going on, I was told that my car would be out "soon". Apparently "soon" means different things to different people because I waited a total of 3.5 hours for an oil change. They even told me to come to the front outside and they would bring it to me. That accounted for the last 30 minutes of my wait...left standing for 30 minutes with no car coming out. I finally left the waiting area, walked in the cold out to the back of the building searching for me car and saw that it was about 7th in line to be washed by the crew at the onsite car wash. It had a sign on it stating "Customer Waiting". It was the only car that had such a sign on it, but yet it was in the back of the line. Was this a joke? I would have laughed had I not wasted 3.5 hours of my life at this stupid, unhelpful, ripoff service facility. I could have gone to Zap Lube for 15 minutes and 1/4 the price!!!!! We have leased Jaguar’s in the past and gave up on them in 2011 because they lacked AWD. Now that they introduced AWD we are reconsidering the Jaguar XF which brought us to Mr. Gursh Singh- a Sales Consu in 2011 because they lacked AWD. Whether you enter the dealership in denim jeans or a three-piece suit Gursh will treat you as a valued customer. He was extremely knowledgeable of product and had terrific people skills. No high pressure sales pitch. Gursh was accommodating to our needs and financial boundaries. If in the market for a Jaguar I highly recommend Prestige and ask for Gursh Singh.
