I recently visited Land Rover Palm Beach to inquire about a couple of vehicles. I met my salesperson Eric immediately upon arrival and instantly felt comfortable asking him any questions I had (dumb ones or a couple of vehicles. Eric listened to my preferences, must-haves, and deal-breakers and tailored his vehicle recommendations to them perfectly. Eric was very knowledgeable, patient, and flexible in how the process unfolded. I was very pleased with the entire experience as I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of during the sale. Lee in Finance was also great to work with, presented options with clarity, and without high-pressure tactics. A truly professional operation over there at Land Rover Palm Beach. Highly recommend. This was my first time at this dealership. I was greeted by Paige, and helped by Debie Brody!! She was very friendly and caring and answered all of my questions. I had mentioned to her that I liked heated seats even living in Florida! I didn’t have time to test drive the car on the first visit so a few days later, I returned to test drive the car and she had the seats warming up for me!
