It was incredibly easy, there absolutely no BS, and simply stated, Albina and Marco were just wonderful to work with! I initially emailed the dealer and conversed with James; very polite and responsive. I met him Saturday and he introduced me to Albina who would take over the sales process as he handled internet communications. Albina is the epitome of what a car salesman or woman should be! Incredibly friendly and polite, very relaxed, easy-going, hassle-free and straightforward. Marco handled the numbers and again, very easy-going and straightforward.
