I had my Land Rover serviced here 3 times...each time after I picked it up, something else happened that caused me to return it (one time it had to be towed). Most recently, I had a 60K mile service per after I picked it up, something else happened that caused me to return it (one time it had to be towed). Most recently, I had a 60K mile service performed, turned out that I needed rear brake pads. Marty convinced me that I should do it at LR For convenience factors - being my truck was already there vs. taking it to a discount brake shop. Upon picking it up, I heard an annoying sound from the rear tires and had to return it to the shop three days later on New Years Eve. Upon returning it, I got no apologies that this caused you an inconvenience, no reimbursement on the $1400 bill, nothing. The only response I got was it was a bent dust guard and happy new year. Not the level of customer service I expect from Land Rover. I am so irritated with the whole experience that I refuse to purchase another Land Rover or Range Rover. More
I brought my car in to have it serviced...And like always I received quick and efficient service. My only regret is I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, however I will not make that mistake o I received quick and efficient service. The customer service was good. However the overrall repair service was horrendous. Took the vehicle in to replace the ABS and a new battery. Picked up the vechile two days later and a day later the car repair service was horrendous. Took the vehicle in to replace the ABS and a new battery. Picked up the vechile two days later and a day later the car could not start. I was sold a defective battery for a new one,the service light was constantly on, plugs were no reconnected. After three visits to correct the problem they were still unable to do so. My vehicle felt worst after I took it to this dealer. Never again. Wesley Watson More

I've been bringing my RR Sport to LR Larchmont for years now. The service has always been good, and the people are usually professional and friendly. This last time, however, I was taken to a new level of now. The service has always been good, and the people are usually professional and friendly. This last time, however, I was taken to a new level of customer service. There was some funny message showing, probably because I let the battery run down (lights on all night). I had not noticed anything different in the car, so I just went it it as nothing had happened and figured I'd stop by at one LR or another when I had time. Then one day I was around LR Larchmont and drive there to check. Johann was very friendly and helpful, and, even though there was no problem with the car, insisted that a more thorough check was needed. The problem was that they were pretty much booked every single day, so I'd need to come back in a week. I didn't think this was much of a problem and was about to agree, when he told me, very emphatically, that it might be a bigger problem and that we had to address it sooner than later, as it wouldn't be such a good idea to drive around with that message showing (even if I said that the car was ok). And somehow found a spot in two days in the early morning. I went there, they did the check, found out that the battery charge was low, re-charged it, and I left in less than 2 hours. Great experience and a lesson on how to take care of a client! More
