I've been bringing my RR Sport to LR Larchmont for years now. The service has always been good, and the people are usually professional and friendly. This last time, however, I was taken to a new level of customer service. There was some funny message showing, probably because I let the battery run down (lights on all night). I had not noticed anything different in the car, so I just went it it as nothing had happened and figured I'd stop by at one LR or another when I had time. Then one day I was around LR Larchmont and drive there to check. Johann was very friendly and helpful, and, even though there was no problem with the car, insisted that a more thorough check was needed. The problem was that they were pretty much booked every single day, so I'd need to come back in a week. I didn't think this was much of a problem and was about to agree, when he told me, very emphatically, that it might be a bigger problem and that we had to address it sooner than later, as it wouldn't be such a good idea to drive around with that message showing (even if I said that the car was ok). And somehow found a spot in two days in the early morning. I went there, they did the check, found out that the battery charge was low, re-charged it, and I left in less than 2 hours. Great experience and a lesson on how to take care of a client! More

Every effort was made to make us feel welcome and to try to meet all our needs. We ended up getting a very competitive deal compared to all other dealership we went to and were very pleased with the result. We visited 3 other dealership and all in compared to Larchmont Dealership felt pressured and uncomfortable by the sale department aggressiveness and unfriendly like approach. A stark difference to purchasing our vehicle here. Would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here if you are looking for a pressure free, helpful environment from people that truly want to make sure you are satisfied. More

This was my third visit to this dealership in about a year and a half. I had been looking for another vehichle for some time. I settled on purchasing a Range Rover Sport, pre-owned, with the conditions year and a half. I had been looking for another vehichle for some time. I settled on purchasing a Range Rover Sport, pre-owned, with the conditions of having a CPO warranty. I planned to buy with cash. The first visit in 2011, I'm not certain the dealer took me seriously... he didn't seem interested in selling me a car. He was totally disinterested in doing so. There was only one other person at the dealership at the time. Both of them seemed unprofessional, and disintrested in taking my money... It left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, he was unwilling to negotiate. During my second visit in early 2011, the dealership was really busy, I just stopped by again to see what pre-owned inventory you had in stock. since all of the sales guys were busy, no one even stopped to acknowlege I was there. By chance, I looked online again and noticed the car that I ended up purchasing. This time, I called the dealership first. I spoke to Peter Williamson. He was kind, interested and answered my questions. I informed him of my initial experiences. I set up an appointment to see him. He showed me all of the cars that I wanted to see. I was up front with my price point and requirements. He was able to work with Randy, I believe his name was and I got the car!! Cash!! no issues. Peter also was very kind during the final pick up and throughout the entire process. He introduced me to the staff, and made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions and offered great advice. He deserves a great score. I would recommend him to someone else looking to purchase a vehicle. More
I was stuck in an old lease from another dealer and wanted to get out. I was up on my milage and still had a year left. Steve had made the sales process so easy and accommodating for me it was just great. There was absolutely no pressure at all from Steve to take this car.
