We recently purchased a used LR3 from Land Rover Larchmont 2.5 months ago. Our sales rep was John Rossi and I would not recommend doing business with him. The car has been nothing but problems and Larchmont 2.5 months ago. Our sales rep was John Rossi and I would not recommend doing business with him. The car has been nothing but problems and John Rossi has been worse than the car. He was supposed to take care of the registration for us, but forgot. When we asked him about our tags, he said they are coming via mail. A week before our temp tags were expired, I left voicemails and emails for John. As the tags expired, he told me to continue to drive on expired tags and that Land Rover would pay for any tickets we accrued. The tags did not come until 2 weeks after they expired. John Rossi also promised us a spare key as the spare was not available the day we purchased. I have emailed and called him over a dozen times and he continues to tell me he will be mailing them to me. I emailed him telling him I will be in to pick it up and he hid in the back until I went away. Now the sales manager is telling me I need to come back next week to get a key cut. We have taken this car in for various reasons over 12 times in 2.5 months. We have driven "loaner cars" twice as much as we have driven the car we purchased. Do not ever do business with this guy! He is incompetent!!!! More
I purchased a pre-owned certified 2010 LR4 from this dealer. On the day of delivery of vehicle I was informed that it's missing the duplicate key which needs to be ordered. It has been 4 months and despite repeated follow ups with the dealer, there is no response from the dealer. Also, the vehicle was not detailed and cleaned as promised prior to delivery. The dealer has not been responsive and just goes to show they are not interested in customer service after selling you a vehicle (which may be because they don't expect me to visit their dealership again since I live in a different state). Brought the car in to check the car out. I don't remember what it was but when I brought it in the guy said no problem we'll check it out. Ok no problem. We'll let you know if we find anything. I come back they found nothing but then I get charged I think $125 or something around that area for a diagnostic test??? The guy never mentioned there would be a charge cuz if it was I would have never did it!! Communication is the key and I thought Land Rover would be different but its the same game with all dealers!! I'm going back to BMW there customer service is way near 5 stars!!! More

I agreed to buy lr4 land rover for full sales, sight unseen. Steve goldsmith said it was ok for me to do the registration myself at my county court house. It only cost $10 to register a vehicle. However jaguar land rover larchmont wanted to charge $312. The finale purchase agreement executed did not have registration fee listed as a line item. Jaguar land rover Larchmont's purchase agreement was paid in full. I scheduled to have car transported three days after all monies received. Transporter arrives at larchmont and is denied Acess to transport the car. Larchmont claims they must register the car and the fee is now $475. Transporter was turned away. the soonest I may get the car will be two weeks after larchmont land rover was paid in full. It has been a miserable internet buying experience. More

Jaguar/Land Rover Larchmont has has essentially shut down their service area You can never get anyone on the phone and they never return phone calls when you leave a message. When we bought a Land Rover they were great- the service area has just stopped working. More
