The sales consultant Peter Williamson was very easy to work with, really knowledgeable on vehicles and payed attention to my questions. I did not feel any pressure to purchase, just a valuable advises. Test drive finalize my decision on the model. 5 months later my car arrived. Peter and Frank did all the paperwork in one day. I go my car ready to pick up the very next day and Peter took few hours to go over all of the details. I am very pleased with service at Larchmont and really hoping that service would be as professional as sales department. More
Never again I would like to make you aware of a few events that happend when leasing our 2014 white Range Rover Evoque at Land Rover Larchmont at 1 E Main St, I would like to make you aware of a few events that happend when leasing our 2014 white Range Rover Evoque at Land Rover Larchmont at 1 E Main St, New Rochelle, NY 10801. My husband and I were in the market to lease a new luxury SUV crossover as the lease on our Nissan Rogue was maturing. My husband and I visited many luxury dealers such as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised on what wonderful experiences we had with each car salesman in these different show rooms. The dealers were personable and quite knowledgeable of their vehicles. My husband had his heart set on the Range Rover Evoque and so we went back to our car salesman, John Rossi and made a leasing deal on a white 2014 Range Rover Evoque. On the day of the lease signing, Saturday, March 15th, we walked in and were told by John Rossi, "we need to complete this deal quickly because I am very busy". He aplogized in advance for his "bad mood" that he was just "busy". He would not elaborate on his schedule for the day, however, as clients we felt as if we were an inconvince to Mr. Rossi. We were rushed, handed the keys (with a broken Land Rover of Larchmont key chain) not shown the vehicle, and sent on our way. As a consumer of a 55,000 car, you can imagine how disappointed we were to be treated in this manner. As my husband drove home, he was looking for the climate control buttons that were INCLUDED in the leasing package that we had just signed, only to realize that the car we were given did not have the climate package. My husband quickly called John Rossi and his first response was "We can get you a new truck, but the price will go up". Mr. Rossi did not take the time to review the car or documents to notice that he had given us the wrong car, but felt it was appropriate to tell us that it would cost us more money to get the car we already singed papers for. We made it clear to Mr. Rossi that we will not pay more and immediately brought the car back to Land Rover of Larchmont. John Rossi also explained that it might take him a while to find us the exact car we had just leased and asked if we'd prefer another color, on which we replied no. He had the audacity to tell my husband that the price may go up because leasing deals change month to month. I don't think Mr. Rossi's busy day was merely a coincidence that Saturday. I feel he rushed us out knowing he had placed us in the wrong vehicle. At this point my husband would only deal with one of the sales managers, Randy DeMaio. Randy reassured my husband that they would find him his car as quicly as possible at the same exact price. Today, March 20th we went to pick up the correct vehicle. John Rossi showed us the car and procedded to say that "The car would be another .25 cents a month. I explained to John that we were reassured by Randy that the price would not change. We tried our best to explain to Mr. Rossi that the minuscule change in price was not the issue but about his bad business. I asked to speak with the sales manager, Randy DeMaio. Before I go into my encounter with Mr. Randy DeMaio, I would like all reviewers to know that dealing with this man was atrocious. When you think of the stereotypical sleazy used car salesman it is precisely Land Rover of Larchmont's very own sales manager, Randy DeMaio. When I proceeded to tell Randy DeMaio that I was leaving disappointed, his exact words to me were, "What's the problem now?" I began to explain to Randy DeMaio that we were disappointed with the service of such a reputable luxury car dealership and about the price change. Randy agreed to rectify the situation and came back and waved a $10 bill in my face, like a sleaze and said, "Here, you can take this or we can redo the paperwork". I explained to him that it wasn't about the cost, but it was the unprofessionalism, inconvenience, and feeling that we were in the wrong, and were shocked to the experience at such a high- end dealership. Anyway I took Randy's $10 ( even though you still owe me $20 more, Randy) and explained that we would never be back to Land Rover of Larchmont to lease again. Although my husband and I love our Range Rover Evoque it's a shame that we had to have such a negative experience with John Rossi and Randy DeMaio. I am still waiting for the "special key chains" John Rossi claims he had specially ordered for us when we returned the broken key chains, but I certainly won't hold my breath waiting for Mr. Rossi to keep his end of a deal. We bought a used Range Rover that had a couple of hiccups that revolved around the tires that came with it. I bought my 2013 Range Rover Sport for 66,000 dollars. On Friday July 26 I worked late and came out to my car and it was covered with bird droppings. The weekend came and went and on Monday night, Mondays are my busiest day at work, I realized I never got the car washed. Mind you I often drive down and back to work in Manhattan in the dark, even during the summer months. That is why I can afford a Range Rover. Anyway, on Monday night I realized that the bird droppings actually ate right through the paint job in about 20 different spots. The paint job was apparently defective, if it couldn't hold up to four days of bird droppings, and I called the dealer immediately in a panic. I was transferred to Joe, the service manager, who immediately began to hem and haw about the fact the bird droppings are "outside influences". He said to bring the car in as soon as possible and he would look at it and call the area rep for Land Rover. He also said I could wash the car. I decided against that and brought the car over the next day. Again, the first thing Joe started to do was make me feel like some kind of criminal, questioning me in a very unprofessional and unpleasant way, and asked if I was sure it was bird droppings on my car. It looks like acid he said!! He was rude and obnoxious to say the least! He called me back the next day and said that the area Land Rover rep denied my claim and they were not going to do a thing for me and I should call my insurance company. This is preposterous to say the least. I called Land Rover USA in Mahwah, NJ and spoke with a senior supervisor and after a day or so of being polite and listening to my story he also denied my claim, by the way, this was after he asked how many Land Rovers were in our company fleet. Out of 300 cars nationwide only the President has one and myself, their number salesperson. I guess the question is, why did he ask me that? If we were a big player would they do something.....this was a very bad way to treat a customer who revered Land Rover and the Sport in particular.....I will probably get a choice in my next several cars and I can assure you it will not be a Land Rover. More

Both Johann and Niles were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took me through all the potential issues (car was handling very poorly and the check engine light had been on for 2 years - was r knowledgeable. They took me through all the potential issues (car was handling very poorly and the check engine light had been on for 2 years - was reported as a "false read" and could not be easily fixed by another dealer, and prior to that the light had come on intermittently over a period of time and yet another dealer could not fix it). Suspension in front was rebuilt and new compressor fitted for entire suspension. In addition it was determined the pump in the fuel system that (in my words) circulates the gas throughout the system, was not working - "replacement of this likely would fix the check engine light issue". In fact the pump did not have to be replaced - they found the wiring was lose and simply had to secure it...................CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The car handles like new and I am a VERY happy and proud owner...................looking forward to another 100,000 miles and always to be serviced by this dealer. So glad they brought Jaguar to Larchmont. They have my highest recommendation - and if I buy, I buy from them as well (Peter Williamson is excellent). More

Mr. Rossi and the staff was very helpful in helping me to obtain the vehicle of my choice. I would recommend him and the dealership because of the courtesy, expertise in assisting and meeting the customer n obtain the vehicle of my choice.
