Jaguar Service I needed a full scheduled service (127,500 miles) and the dealership (Johann Berry is the Service Manager I worked with who does a great job and commu I needed a full scheduled service (127,500 miles) and the dealership (Johann Berry is the Service Manager I worked with who does a great job and communicates well) did its usual great job. Also had an engine coolant problem which was checked and fixed. Car was done on schedule and ready for delivery as promised. Clean and ready to go. Very courteous service and knowledgeable staff.
