2016 evoque WORST EXPERIENCE EVER This place is so bad i have a 2016 evoque and had to change the water pump on a new car just 14k on it. so it takes the dealer a week to do the job . This place is so bad i have a 2016 evoque and had to change the water pump on a new car just 14k on it. so it takes the dealer a week to do the job . then they call me to tell me that the job was done after a week so i go to the dealer to pick it up. So i opened the hood and i see they put the water pump on wrong and also left a few screws loose too. How can a range rover dealer do that to people saying that the car is safe and let a person drive a car that"s not safe for the road they do xxxx work and Damien that works in service does not know nothing about cars at all . He keeps telling me over and over is "All evoque's are like that" . what a joke they are .Iam a service technician for 35 years i will never let a car leave the bay like that unprofessional worst experience ever beware check any work you have them do for you. WHAT A SHAME!!! i have 2012 Land rover LR4 with Certified Pre Owned Warranty which was purchased from this dealer about a year ago. Recently passenger cabin filled ou i have 2012 Land rover LR4 with Certified Pre Owned Warranty which was purchased from this dealer about a year ago. Recently passenger cabin filled out with lots of water due to heavy rain. I have taken my car to this dealership , and it was diagnosed as dispose pipe coming from sunroof to the bottom of the car was misplaced. I was told that this was not covered under warranty and was asked to pay $1000 so they can put the pipe back. I refused the charge and fix and i was charged $250 for diagnose. For those who get excited about cpo warranty, it basically covers nothing. If you have a Landrover, you need to live the fact that this luxury suv gets lot of water inside :) Any pipe may come out on this car and you may be faced $1000 for the fix (put the pipe back) There are thousand of complains about the same issue and no one including this dealer and Land Rover USA do care about the fix. This car may work in California, not in New York. What a shame!!!! Thank you Baris Alyanak More

I went in to this dealership to lease or purchase a 2017 Range Rover Sport upon the recommendation of my husband and a former sales person who left to manage his own dealership. Even though I love the vehicle that I eventually leased and the service staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, I did not connect with my sale person Jim Raysor and to this day, his promise to pay the last month of the lease on my returned vehicle has not been fulfilled. I called the business manager to report that it had not been paid and he pawned me off to a sales manager. The sales manager put Jim on the line who said he would review our agreement and take care of the issue. He even called me a week later to tell me that he was taking care of the balance. Why then am I still being called by Chase Bank on an issue that should be a non-issue. Not pleased and I plan to call Better Business Bureau about it. More

Supposedly their corporate office gave them the value of my car. Drove in a hour of traffic from NJ to NY paid tolls and waited for the salesperson on friday at 10 am, got there sales person was late and when he did arrive he said that his manager cannot take the car because the Manager is not there and he went on Vacation till sunday. Why would they make me come on friday at 10am and knew he wasnt going to be there. I even received an email about confirmation of my appointment. Then on Tuesday I received a call from the sales person saying that his manager cannot take the car because they LOST MONEY on the other cars I sold them three months previously. So nothing but lies, if corporate gave an offer on my car why would the manager then say he cant take the car? Bottom Line, big company with morans running the stores, Unprofessional and a WASTE OF TIME. They may have AUTONATION on the name of the store but Management is no reflection of the company. A simple No we cannot buy your car instead of wasting my time. I can only say that probably buying a car is even a worse a experience. I even spoke to the manager on thursday and he knew I was coming on Friday at 10 am. Do not go to this store they will waste your time and Management even worse hiding behind a desk or office without the courtesy to talk in person. A xxxxxx can probably do a better job, just add Manager as his last name. More

Vulgar Display I would like to add that I signed a purchase agreement, signed an authorization for deposit, and an exporting agreement, along with insurance cards I would like to add that I signed a purchase agreement, signed an authorization for deposit, and an exporting agreement, along with insurance cards and a binder and was told at the last minute that the vehicle was unavailable and to call the sister store and buy the car from them. Huh?? Now the vehicle isn't available?? I called the sister store and was told by a sales manager at their sister store that the car was sold for more than a few days now?? Huh?? John Henesy confirmed the vehicle was available twice over the course of 30 emails and when I took a stand on why a previous insurance card was necessary, the vehicle ALL OF A SUDDEN was POOF, gone. Both these emails are verifiable to late afternoon Saturday, right before closing. During this process, I was ALSO told I needed a social security card because the purchase was over $10,000 dollars and that it was mandatory for Homeland Security to know?? Huh?? I questioned and corrected John Henesy about this make believe law ( really the Rico statute about cash purchases) along with some very personal information and this was never brought up again. This, of course, was mentioned over the phone and not in any email whatsoever. All in all, I provided more information then I was really comfortable with even after I stated to John Henesy of a previous experience, submitted and signed all of the information that was necessary, authorized a deposit to secure the vehicle, supposedly secured the vehicle and was denied the vehicle because I questioned John Henesy about unecessary additional documents I was being forced to submit. This is abhorently unjust and will be discussed with council. Is this complete incompetence at it's most glorious level or just a vulgar display of possible slander and profiling?? This is all documented. Don't buy from them unless your possibly willing to deal with this. Thanks More
