After 25 years online, this is the first negative review I've ever left. Let me start with the positives and who this dealership might be for: Great people: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and I've ever left. Let me start with the positives and who this dealership might be for: Great people: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and create a professional, inviting atmosphere. You’ll feel welcomed and probably leave feeling good about your decision. Who this dealership is for: If you don’t care about costs, never look at a bill, and just want to get work done without thinking about the price, you’ll probably love this place. But if that’s not you—stay away from this dealership. While the salespeople are skilled at making you feel good about buying, that’s exactly why it’s dangerous. If you encounter issues after your purchase or want to feel like a valued customer, forget it. They’ll literally take you for a ride. As someone who NEVER leaves reviews, I’m writing this because I feel obligated to warn others. Do not buy a vehicle here—ever. If this helps even one person avoid the headache I’ve experienced, it will have been worth it. You’ve been warned. More
Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a conference in Naperville. Kevin told me to have my vehicle serviced at Patrick Land Rover the next time my vehicle needed a service. Made an appointment and drove 50 miles to the dealership. Ernie Bonilla the service manager was a great communicator. Charles Vyse the service technician made a video as he was inspecting my car, showing me all the items that required attention. A checklist was sent to me, allowing me to select all the repairs that i approved of. A loaner vehicle was provided. Two days later Kevin dropped off my vehicle which was detailed inside and out. This amazing experience occurred because Kevin approached me and indulged in a wonderful conversation about range rovers and the good service provided by Patrick Land Rover Thanks a lot Kevin, Ernie and Charles More
My Range Rover was serviced and I picked it up in January I am having issues again and had it towed there on 3/7/23. 2 WEEKS LATER 3/20/23 and still no response back from anyone regarding my vehicle. I left several VMs and 2 weeks later nothing. I have been on hold for over 6 minutes each time only to be transferred to a VM (I have recorded this as proof because it's hard to believe!!!) How is this acceptable!!!! I finally spoke to Ernie and he confirmed my truck is there but NO NOTES NOR NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE?? After 2 weeks. How does this even happen? More
Took in for service and a detail. When they pulled up I brought service advisor to my Range Rover Sport to show him some fresh damage that was done by the dealership. Service advisor took pictures and so did I and he said he would get back to me in a couple days. It’s been over a week and he’s not responding to my emails or calling me back. I will email one more time before I get in touch with my insurance company. Being a high end establishment this is definitely not how to treat your customers. More

Most recently I decided to trade my car in and buy a new one. Tony got me set up with a sales guy named Iman. I was so pleased with Iman’s knowledge, professionalism, and over all enthusiasm. Problems since first service visit I brought my Evoque in for ita first 10,000 mile service. I also requested to have mud flaps installed on the car. When I brought in the car the service adviser knew what I was there for. I waited for the car, and the servie advisor came in and said everything was done. I asked what the amount owed for the part was, and he admitted that he messed up and the flaps were not installed. He advised they would order them and get them in 2-3 days and they would call me and pick up the car and install them. 3 days later, I received a call that they were in, when I asked the scheduler about picking up the car, she said they couldn't do it for a few weeks. I advised I would call back. Then a few days later the service reminder came on. I called and spoke with Christy the Service Manager and advised the situation. She apologized and scheduled a pick up to have the flaps and service light done. On the day of the supposed pick up an hour passed after the arranged time. I called and spoke with the scheduler, and she said nothing was in the system. I asked to speak with Christy, and was advised she was at lunch. Since then I have not heard from anyone from the service department. I advise to bring your car somewhere else, as they are untrustworthy and in my opinion incompetent. More
