I did make an appointment to fix my Range Rover. I did get at the service center only to find out the computer service was malfunctioning and they didn't have any time for me. Mr. Peter Studwell only pus get at the service center only to find out the computer service was malfunctioning and they didn't have any time for me. Mr. Peter Studwell only push me out the door promising he will follow up. After 2 weeks he still didn't make an appointment to fix my car . I did call him only to find out he lost my info altogether! Horrible customer service! Shame on you! More

I've visited this dealership twice now to get minor service to my 2008 LR2 and both times it has been an absolute pleasure. They squeezed me in on short notice and not only performed the small mainten service to my 2008 LR2 and both times it has been an absolute pleasure. They squeezed me in on short notice and not only performed the small maintenance tasks I asked (fixing a broken back windshield wiper and replacing a wiper blade the first time, fixing a busted brake light the second time), they also did a full check of my car, filled up the wiper fluid, put air in the tires, AND washed it, all while I waited for <1 hour and charged me nothing for all the additional service. What more can you ask for? They've definitely earned my trust - I will be coming back for sure whenever I need more repairs (major or minor) to my Land Rover. More

Eric Czumble and Peter Studwell, and have taken care of my LR Disco 1997 for many years now. It has reached over 206,600 miles and is going strong. Their attentiveness to my reports of various mechanical my LR Disco 1997 for many years now. It has reached over 206,600 miles and is going strong. Their attentiveness to my reports of various mechanical issues (brakes seem needing attention, transmissions seems to have a lot of slack, engine seems to strain, suspension seems harder than usual) are always taken seriously, filtered, explained and addressed. No work is undertaken that is unnecessary or unexplained. The work is performed very promptly. Appointments are also set up promptly. When there have been urgent issues, the car is taken in immediately. Servicing has been made easier with loaners, trips to and from the train station and car rental folks. Pricing has been fair, Parts are always available. The option to use rebuilt parts is always presented. Emails about Land Rover events are always sent out. In short, Land rover Mt. Kisco is a first rate operation staffed by knowledgeable and very nice people. Wouldn't go anywhere else. More
