Land Rover Mt. Kisco

Waited whole year for my car, but I did not get it. I've ordered Land Rover Sport (2014 model) on Nov 2013. As I've been told, there was a big demand, so my car will arrive in March/April of 2014. I agr I've ordered Land Rover Sport (2014 model) on Nov 2013. As I've been told, there was a big demand, so my car will arrive in March/April of 2014. I agreed to this term and pay deposit.. Later I realized that it was Huge Mistake. In April 2014, after several attempts to find out the status, I've been told that there is delay, and my car will arrive at Sep 2014. Of course, I've got no car in September, , but they promised that November will be the date. After Thanksgiving Day, I realized that nobody called me to notify about my car. It took another week to get somebody on the phone. But at this time they told me that "we cannot sell car to you, because you don't live in our area of service" Does anybody have anything similar to that? This is Ridiculous! And now I am trying to get my deposit back. Looks like it might take another year. Save time and money, shop somewhere else. More

The technician was thorough in his diagnosis of the problems and even took the time to show me the issues personally. I have had some negative experiences with previous service centers at another dealership (not Land Rover) whereby I would be approached in the waiting area with a laundry list of problems. Unfortunately, they were not aware that I have some mechanical abilities and perform some work on my own cars. In short, I've caught them trying to charge me for problems that didn't exist. The staff at Mt. Kisco Land Rover went over every detail with me and even suggested not tending to certain matters because they weren't an issue; while also pointing out more important issues that should be repaired. I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service offered there. When I was informed I would have to leave the car for a few days, they made every accommodation necessary as to not inconvenience me. I drove just over an hour away to service my '08 LR2 in Mt Kisco and I'll do it again for future services. Many thanks to the technician and Eric in service for making the entire experience happen with ease. I am not one to easily offer an overwhelming positive review, but they deserve the acknowledgment.
