Nice new location. Service advisor not at all considerate of my time. I said I would wait at the dealership if it would take two hours or less. He said no problem. Over three and a half hours later he said t of my time. I said I would wait at the dealership if it would take two hours or less. He said no problem. Over three and a half hours later he said they were washing it and he’d come back and get me as soon as it was ready. Thirty minutes later I went to the service department and he was with another customer by my car which was ready. Another service advisor checked me out and I left. Original advisor could have acknowledged me as I got into my car, but he chose not to. I’ll return for service due to location convenience but with a different service advisor. More
