I enjoyed a very good buying experience working with JLRS. My salesperson, Sean, was easy to talk to and a good listener. He was very reasonable in negotiations, transparent and fair. Management was interested in making this a positive outcome. Document signing in the finance department was professional, efficient and, again, transparent. This dealership, from my perspective, makes it a priority to focus on their culture and to treat customers and potential customers with respect. The delivery experience was also exceptional. Even though this car is moderately priced compared to their other vehicles, it was spotless, filled with fuel, tucked into their nice delivery room and thoroughly prepped for me to drive away. A touch of class and expression of pride in their work. As a business owner, I notice these things and I'm happy to provide this feedback. I'm glad I did business here. Keep up the great work! More

Dealership was very welcoming and my 4 year old loved the fresh fruit. I went in knowing what car I wanted and what I was looking to pay. The finance team was great and did not pressure me into something I d fresh fruit. I went in knowing what car I wanted and what I was looking to pay. My velar did end up needing a new battery and the team there was helpful to get it replaced. Joey in the service department was great and communicated every step of the way with my battery replacement and they got me a loaner car. More
Initially, I was told that there will not be any diagnostic charges for the engine light on but they still charged me even though there were recalls which required updates. And, they still need to replace the battery for SOS which is still back ordered and I have been waiting for their update. They asked me to replace brake pads & rotors because it is at the final stage, however, there is no squealing or screeching sound, nor any grinding sound. Their estimate to replace is 200% of what could be done at other store. Also, they do not have loaner car which is a big bummer since you pay $1000+ for oil change and maintenance vs $100 for other cars at other service center. I'd definitely avoid visiting this center.
