I was disappointed to find out once I arrived for my 45k scheduled service that it would take 5-6 hours. Also I was surprised that it was going to be $1400 instead of the $800 it was last time. These items could have been spoken about on the phone when I made the appt so I could have planned better. But, I was given a rental car. Appreciated. However when I asked if I could return the rental Monday rather than Friday (I live 2hrs away), I was told sure. That's nice. But what I wasn't told is that I would be paying for the extra time. Again, these things could be communicated. I'll still use you folks (I have a car on order), but I have learned that I need to look out for myself when interacting with service and ask the right questions, not assume I will be properly informed. More
