The people in the service department are always very friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. I have found this to be true for the sales department as well. Its obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority and your team has mastered it , even exceeded it. More

Sean Kent, an outstanding sales specialist was always there to greet and answer any questions, offered suggestions and would discuss these vehicles as an enthusiast. Came a point when I decided to acquire an additional vehicle, this time a Range Rover Sport. I chatted with Sean over the phone after browsing through their inventory online. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had and didn’t push any sales pitch or anything close to that. I almost felt like I was talking to a friend discussing my options. The next day I visited the dealership to test out some vehicles, starting with the one that I had initially picked out online. Dario Graf, another fantastic sales specialist helped me out with test drives and selecting vehicles besides the one I was looking for. He was very patient with me. I end up test driving three or four Range Rover Sports with him. He answered all the questions, concerns, and what not. Throughout the process not one hint of sales pitch like statement was made – which I appreciated a lot. In the end I choose the one that was almost double the price of the one I went out to buy, and just because I liked that car a lot. The vehicle spoke for itself. Transaction was smooth; there was no back and forth wheeling and dealing. I told them what I would like to pay. They made it all work for me, gave me the best deal that I could ask for and then some. I was very impressed with the manner they handled the full process from initial call, to test drives, to my offer and last but not the least the finance manager Natalie. She explained everything in detail from warranty to licensing and didn’t feel rushed. I drove off happy and confident. The team at Land Rover Seattle made my day! I am enjoying my new vehicle and feel like I made a few friends too. Now the obvious, YES – I would recommend these fine professionals at this fine dealership. The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I will never go back to LYNNWOOD JAGUAR dealership for on-going service or my next upgrade purchase. I would far rather drive out of town or state to a will never go back to LYNNWOOD JAGUAR dealership for on-going service or my next upgrade purchase. I would far rather drive out of town or state to avoid this dealership. Shady and unethical business practices. Unheard of for a "luxury" car dealership. More
Great experience buying a car here. I had to give pricing a 4 because, well, the cars are expensive there. However, having said that, I think the pricing I paid was fair. The RRS LUX edition that I purchased there was MINT for being 3 years old. It's in great condition. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car there. Austin, the "new guy" did his best to take care of me when Rachel, my sales person had to deliver a car. She had multiple deals going at once (last day of the month a car dealership). They always made me feel like someone was there for me. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this experience was one of the easiest and most painless. More

My experience at Seattle Jaguar Land Rover was beyond exceptional. I found a LR3 that I liked online, and sent an email correspondance to the dealership. The next day Dario, my sales consultant, worked tirelessly to answer all of my questions and provided exception customer service. I financed my LR3 through the dealership, and both Mary and Jannica were exceptional as well. I was treated with respect throughout the entire transaction process. After my purchase, I had several questions regarding the vehicle which Dario replied promptly to with the same courtesy he provided before I purchased my vehicle. I absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone without any reservation. More

They were helpful and friendly from the start. I wasn't there to buy a brand new $100k Land Rover or Jag, but I felt like I was treated the same as if I was.
