Not only was it faster and easier to schedule my appointment, but Jaime made me feel like a valued customer and that he was interested in me and keeping my business. Jaime was also able to give me accurate information about my vehicle's service needs, again, something the previous dealer did not. My car was returned to me in pristine condition, again, something that did not happen at a previous dealer. Overall I found Jaime to be professional, knowledgable, courteous and friendly. I will be brining my car back to Jaime at Jaguar of Seattle; the drive is a lower, but the first class service is worth it. More

2011 LR4 21k service +extras Service completed on time and very professionally. Also had a small scrape on the rear bumper repaired which disappeared. Great Customer Service for an Immediate Issue I really appreciated Eric's professional manner when dealing with an immediate issue with my Range Rover Sport. I have owned two LR3's and now a Range I really appreciated Eric's professional manner when dealing with an immediate issue with my Range Rover Sport. I have owned two LR3's and now a Range Rover Sport. I have always done my service at the Bellevue location so Eric had never worked with me prior to the day I called. I actually decided to got to the Lynwood location due to the more positive Yelp reviews vs. Bellevue. Eric had a high sense of urgency when helping me, he really did a good job of prioritizing the issue with my vehicle given it could not be driven (door latch on driver side stopped working). While my car was in the shop, he kept me informed with text and email communication. The work was completed in less than two days and Eric was able to provide me with a rental which made life much easier. As a result, I will never go back to Bellevue and I have made it a point to let others, who own a Land Rover, to service their vehicle Lynnwood. BTW, it should be pointed out that I only had some of the work done at the Lynwood Shop --- my vehicle has 54K miles and is out of warranty. I was able to get ~60% of the work done at another shop for much less (they also use OEM parts). However, Eric is not responsible for the costs associated with the shop so I still value what Eric was able to provide and highly recommend the Lynwood Service Shop to anyone with a Range Rover, especially if it is still under warranty. More
