Making things right I bought my first E-Pace at the end of January. I loved it but it started to have an odd sound. After being in the shop for a long time they finally g I bought my first E-Pace at the end of January. I loved it but it started to have an odd sound. After being in the shop for a long time they finally got it fixed. A couple of other things on the car had needed attention also. I went in to talk to the GM. Nice guy. I told him I thought the car was a lemon. He agreed so I picked out a different E-Pace. The new one had more options so it would cost more. When we went to sign the paperwork we saw how much they were giving us in discount and were surprised. They didn’t have to do that but they wanted a happy customer. Well they have one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked. My sales person, Sean Kent, worked hard from the first day I walked in the dealership to make sure I loved my car. Even through the mechanical issues he would check in to see if there was anything he could do to make it easier on me. I have only good things to say about the office staff. They are wonderful! More

Unhappy again I bought a new Velar and it had a workmanship issue and Land Rover is not willing to fix it. Two Sides For the first 4 weeks my vehicle was in the shop I had to call to get any updates. I got tired of that so I asked to be put with another service repr For the first 4 weeks my vehicle was in the shop I had to call to get any updates. I got tired of that so I asked to be put with another service representative (Nadia) and she was wonderful. The vehicle was in the shop for another 4 weeks before it was fixed. I had it for 6 hours before returning it due to the air conditioner not working. I have since had that vehicle bought back by the dealer and I have a different one. I hope this one holds up better. All that to say, this service center is used to things going in one day and going out later that day or the next. When someone has one stay for for 8 weeks they fell down on the job. Again, Nadia was fantastic. I got updates regularly with what the next step would be. Without her I think I would have been a whole lot angrier. I did have a loaner car from the dealer and that helped sooth my ruffled feathers. More

You spend a fortune on a Range Rover Autobiography are promised services (loaner from dealership & 2 details per year) as long as you own the vehicle and then new ownership and no longer honoring. Ryan was great and totally understood my complaint. I was informed no more paid for detail of my car. Probably last time I take my car to Seattle Land Rover/Jaguar. More
