Never in a million years would I expect to find that a a Jaguar dealership...I did and instead of treating me like a second class buyer they gave us the royal treatment. As someone in the service business it was a real pleasure dealing with people who understood what exceptional service is all about. Even though I wasn't buying a Jag or land rover they treated me like I was, even replacing the battery and detailing the car like it was showroom ready...Unmatched customer service at it's best. I have never done a review ever but the exceptional service at Jaguar of Seattle prompted me to let everyone know that they are no joke. They walk the walk and talk the talk and deliver on all promises. I may never be able to afford a Jag or Land Rover and neither will many of the rest of us working stiffs, but if you are in the market for an exceptional used vehicle these guys deliver and then some. Our sales person Derrick Harris was incredible....I cannot believe that this guy who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and so accommodating has only been there for less than a month. More
