I've had to take my car in a few times for routine maintenance and Joey has been great every time. I'm pretty needy/have a lot of questions since I have no idea about cars- he's very patient and expla maintenance and Joey has been great every time. The response time is almost immediate, via text, which I really appreciate. Also, very grateful about how easy it is to have a rental car ready when my car is expected to be at the shop for a few days… and Joey has it set up for me, so I didn’t have to think about it. 10/10 service.
