Communication about my vehicle was excellent along the way as well. Timothy kept me well informed about everything and made sure all my concerns were addressed. In addition, I was also helped by Romy Johnson who walked me through the auto start feature of my vehicle making sure all my questions were answered. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and patient during the whole setup process which has multiple steps. The transition from service to the sales team was seamless which I appreciated as well! The whole Knauz Land Rover team goes above and beyond to provide superior customer satisfaction! They will continue to have my business and I will recommend my family and friends to shop at Knauz! More
Horrible place to have your car serviced. Lee can’t handle the pressure if more than one customer walks in at the same time. He is very rude does not make the encounter pleasant. Our experience with the Service Department since then has been the exact opposite. Problems have included work not completed when promised (not related to arrival of shipped parts), contradictory information from one conversation to the next, as well as from one service associate to the next, and an unwillingness to access responsibility for mistakes. We have purchased multiple Range Rovers from other dealerships over the years and never had an experience with a service department that was anywhere close to this poor. Selling the car is the easy part, and only the start of a customer's experience. Providing world class service should be an expectation for a upper strata vehicle such as this. Lake Bluff has failed in this regard. More

Disappointing Service / Car Wash seems like every time my wife brings her car here (which is where she bought it), something subpar happens. this time, they serviced the brakes on he seems like every time my wife brings her car here (which is where she bought it), something subpar happens. this time, they serviced the brakes on her car but left the interior of the car filthy and unwashed. not a big deal, i know, but the overall experience we've had here has been so bad that I feel I should post at least one failure every so often. get kind of amusing at this point, quite frankly.
