On Monday, Sept 5th, Labor Day, I went to Galpin Jaguar in Van Nuys to look at the new models. I was interested in the XF model but not planning to buy until November or later. There I met Stewart Sank in Van Nuys to look at the new models. I was interested in the XF model but not planning to buy until November or later. There I met Stewart Sank and Willie Darwich. They were extremely helpful And knowledgeable. They found the perfect car for me and I wound up trading in my 2006 X Type for a 2010 XF. They put together an offer I couldn't refuse. I have been a Galpin Customer for over 6 years and this is the third Jaguar I have purchased from you. You are and always will be my car company. While one would certainly expect this type of service when leasing a high-end vehicle, Steve truly went above and beyond. His excellent service and follow-up were the reasons I drove over 400 miles to do business with Galpin. The dealerships in my area simply could not compete with Galpin's pricing and inventory and the drive was well worth my efforts. However, it was Steve's great service and no nonsense approach that will keep me as a loyal customer. It couldn't have been easier. More

I called up to inquire about a new XK Coupe as I had a very bad experience at a dealer closer to me in Manhattan Beach. I was put thru to a British guy (Tony)who was very helpful and assured me that if I very bad experience at a dealer closer to me in Manhattan Beach. I was put thru to a British guy (Tony)who was very helpful and assured me that if I were to make the journey up from the Southbay that I would not be disappointed. He was not wrong. I arrived a little earlier than planned and was told that Tony was expecting me but he was running slightly behind with a customer. Tony grabbed a moment and came over to apologize for the delay and that he would be with me as soon as he could. About 20minutes after arriving, Tony came over and could not be more helpful and even though the car I had inquired about would not start (battery problems), he offered to take me out in an alternative car in the meantime. I was very happy with the drive and agreed the deal. His manager Jeremy was equally as helpful and I was given lunch on the house across the road at their own restaurant. The car I had decided on had a slight dink in the door and they were unable to put this right at the time. Tony, however got the car fixed and came out to pick me up a few days later so I could take delivery of my new XK and be treated like a Queen at the dealership. The only flip side was that it did take quite a long time to complete the deal (in part due to the salesman being new to the job in the USA and from them being so busy). I would highly recommend this dealer and most def request that you go see Tony too. More
