Bought a 2002 xType JAguar from Galpin The worst car buying experience of my life. It should have been bought back by Galpin immedisteky under the lemon law. The transmission went out at 12 The worst car buying experience of my life. It should have been bought back by Galpin immedisteky under the lemon law. The transmission went out at 12000 miles. The gasoline tanks went out at 16000 miles. The blower motor went out at 27,000 miles. The first compressor went out at 34,000 miles. Now the compressor is going out at 54,000 miles. This is the worst piece of crap I have ever bought from any dealer. I tried to get a hold of Mr. Bachman today and neither he or his assistant picks up the phone. I will try again on Monday. They want to charge me $2000 for another compressor. Highway robbery! My name is Neal Merems. Should have just leased this peace of garbage. I will NEVER buy another car from Galpin Motors until this is made right. I will try Mr. Bachman again on Monday. If it fails I will tell everyone I know never to buy a car from Galpin Motors, EVER! It is the law of sales! More

terrible customer service It sucks that I have to give this place one star, because it's only due to one terrible encounter with one person. I got a letter in the mail about my Jag having a recall. So I call the number to make an appointment to take it in. The guy on the phone was very nice! We set it up for the following Monday. It's now Monday and I get there on time for my appointment. The girl there gets a service advisor and he tells me I'm not on the list for appointments. Mistakes happen I get it, but now this guy Brian is making it seem like it's my fault. As in I just showed up to Jag without an appointment and am lying about it... why the xxxx would I do that? He also tells me there are no parts ordered and I'd have to leave it there over night. Even though the guy on the phone made sure a part was ordered for me. There was no apology or any type of pleasant demeanor from Brian at all. Just attitude and arrogance. I don't get mad when mistakes are made cause we are all human. But to make it my fault with no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience is ridiculous!! Needless to say, I will NEVER do business at this location again for anything. Which sucks because other people I met there were nice. But customer service to me is everything. Once you ruin that, I'm done. Someone needs to train Brian on how to be nice again. More
