I would NOT recommend this service department to anyone. Not sure what has happened to this place but Robert in service is an unreliable, unethical and the ultimate company man. Scheduled a service and reiterated multiple times I need a loaner, I get there at 9am, he looks over my needs and after realizing there isn’t money to be made, he tells me he doesn’t have a loaner car anymore. Made an ordeal over a loaner that I needed to get to work and pick up kids while they did warranty work on my car. This isn’t a Kia dealership, I expect a courtesy loaner while my $120,000 car gets worked on. Vic the service manager is really just a figure head, he doesn’t even have the decency to return a phone call. They used to be a good place but since Covid, it’s become a nightmare to deal with.
