Absolutely the saddest people in the Service Department. It seems that they have mechanics who should be Janitors. Also they have Service people who want to text instead of calling. Jaguar Orland Park is the absolute worst dealership to purchase a car from. I have a 2020 Jaguar E Pace.My car has had the same issue for two years. The gear shift for the different driving modes shuts off after a few minutes. I have left multiple messages waiting for someone from the service department to contact me back. The service agent and manager told me their voice mail goes to a system they have no way of checking. I've left messages with the agents to have a manager return my call, but still nothing. I make a second visit to the dealership because I'm in the neighborhood. I was told the manager was in the bathroom, and to sit in the waiting area. They left me there for 30 minutes just sitting there. I knocked on thy bathroom door to let him know I was waiting. Finally talk to him and he says they changed the policy and won't give me a rental because I didn't buy the car from the Orland location. I bought it from Rockford. I reminded him the issue started 2 years ago before the policy change and asked his supervisor contact. I hear nothing again. So I make a 3rd visit. I'm told I can't have my car serviced because I walked in the men's bathroom and berated the manager which was a lie. I finally talk to the Joe Chambers after insisting he contact me. I explained my 2 year battle and he says there's nothing wrong with his service department and refused to fix my car. The sales person that gave me Joe's information said before I met him that they have several complaints and have me his card. Joe didn't acknowledge anything. His solution was denying my service to add insult to injury. If I had any idea the service dealership closest to my home was this crappy, I would have never bought my car! More

I understand Covid happened to the world but business is business and I still pay my note every month in the midst of Covid WITH the tire protection plan. I made an appointment September 29th, 2021 with the business and I still pay my note every month in the midst of Covid WITH the tire protection plan. I made an appointment September 29th, 2021 with then employee “Brittany” for two months out for scheduled maintenance and loaner car. After patiently waiting two months, when I arrived on November 23rd, 2021 the Service Department told me there was no record in the computer of my appt and they definitely didn’t have a loaner car for me. Of course not understanding I was told with a nasty attitude that the associate I was speaking with “didn’t make the appt” & all I could do was wait for the manager Dion Grace. I did that. No fault of mine, this employee was let go and I was out of luck even though I was running dangerously close to my mileage limit (1000 miles over required service). I was told to give a call back to Dion the following week on Tuesday. I called and left messages and no return call. Eventually fed up, I asked the operator for either corporate and/or the owner’s email or phone number. Miraculously, Mr. Grace was able to get on the phone like magic! They worked me in the first Saturday in December. Unfortunately I ruined my rear passenger tire by then but I pay monthly in my car note for tire protection so no big deal, right? Wrong! They took the bad tire off and put the spare on December 4th and ordered my tire. I was told I’d be given a call when the tire came in. This didn’t happen, I called service & no answer. I texted the associate Kobe from previous text and asked about the tire. He called back the tire was in. I was told they have no technicians to place the new tire on the car due to Covid outbreak. It is December 30th and I am still riding on a spare tire with no call from service department. My Dad called today and we were told to bring it in tomorrow by Dion Grace with a not so empathetic attitude as if I didn’t follow protocol or did something wrong. The nasty attitudes I have dealt with, lack of communication, and overall disappointment is not what I thought I was paying for. This service department has been awful to and for me and is not what I expected for the brand new Jaguar E-Pace I purchased from here. I never got the loaner car for this oil change service. More
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. We were there on a Saturday evening and agreed on a deal, we didn’t have title, checkbook, etc and we weren’t sure if we would finance or pay cash. They said they could not take evening and agreed on a deal, we didn’t have title, checkbook, etc and we weren’t sure if we would finance or pay cash. They said they could not take a deposit to hold for us until Monday. We emailed on Sunday and said we would pay cash on Monday. When my wife got there Monday at 11 am, she was told that a repeat customer was there “before the doors opened” on working with “their most senior salesman” so he had priority since he was physically there before us on Monday. So PROCEED WITH CAUTION. More

Service is absolutely horrible. Took my Range Rover sport in for service. Kept for two weeks and didn’t fix the issue. They also damaged my vehicle and never followed up on repairing the damaged they sport in for service. Kept for two weeks and didn’t fix the issue. They also damaged my vehicle and never followed up on repairing the damaged they are responsible for. On top of that. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Stay far away from them. More
