Literally the worst car and service experience ever. I have brought my BRAND NEW 2019 Range Rover into service four separate times in which each time the dealership made it incredibly inconvenient and my I have brought my BRAND NEW 2019 Range Rover into service four separate times in which each time the dealership made it incredibly inconvenient and my car has had to stay at the shop for over 4-5 days EACH service WITHOUT giving a loaner. I just got my car back for the fourth time and they left the entire backseat detached unable for anyone to sit. Instead of having someone come and fix it since this is entirely their lack of attention to detail, I have to bring it back for the FIFTH TIME in two days. I am shocked at how poor quality this 'luxury' car is and just how pathetic the service team has been. I'll go right back to my Mercedes once this car is out of my life. More

So far, so good. I purchased my 2019 Velar few weeks ago, I love this car, and my family to. I bought that car from Kevin, when I call to LR the reception lady said, that his not working with them anymore, I love this car, and my family to. If we talking about experience of buying my first Land Rover, not quite good, it took me 7 hours in dealership to drive that car to my home, thanks God Kevin our salesman bought pizza for us, bc we are exhausted and hungry. Guys are cool, they give me what I want. I recommend Huntington dealership and Land Rover brand. But paper work and decisions, they should work on that. More
‘Service’ is an oxymoron Constant issues with a new 2019 Range Rover Sport. Over priced ‘regular’ servicing. Everything is an ‘issue’ requiring constant negotiations. No proactive updates on service status nor do they have common courtesy to return 4x phone calls over a 48 hour period requesting updates. The overall experience for a high end vehicle / dealership has been simply awful! If you’re thinking about buying/leasing a vehicle here and thinking your going to have a satisfying ownership experience, think again! More

Bad careless warranty service There is no quality control for the service performed on the car (often car brought with one problem leaves their service department with another new There is no quality control for the service performed on the car (often car brought with one problem leaves their service department with another new one, or with the old one fixed halfway ..) In our case the a less than a year old Range Rover Sport HSE spent 5 weeks in the dealership service department for warranty service and software issues. Service advisors are often not very competent and one has the feeling that they try hard to make you think twice before buying again a Range Rover! Too bad! More
