I went to replace the fog lamp and checked for an estimate for replaceing rear brake pad and rotor. I had a loaner and the car was ready so I went to pick up my car and returned the loaner car. They told me that to replace rear brake pad and rotor would be almost $1100. It seemed too much for me so I called Nassau Auto and gave them my car vin# and they told me it would be $560 factory dealer part which incude rear brake pad/sensor/rotor/ labor. I couldn't believe the difference. Of coarse I did not replace them at the dealer. Another thing was that when I was parking my loaner car there was first parking space in front of service dept. But I noticed there was a rubber construction cone sticking inside the parking drive space so I knew I wasn't going to have enough space to park. So I drove far to the right side of the parking space and the side walk ripped the loaner car's tire. They charged me $294 for the whole tire and I was so shocked and amazed. I showed the rep Kimberly the cone on the parking space and she agreed with me and talked to the Manager . His name is Paul and he said I have to pay the whole amount. I wanted to take the loaner car myself to Nassaw Auto, but the dealer said they have to replace it right there. I was in corner of it where I just had to pay. Because they put the cone inside the parking space, I couldn't park the right way. I took a picture of the cone and the parking space, but it wasn't available to put up here. I told Kimberly that I am not going to come back for any service at that location. I feel the manager, Paul should ve walked himself to see the cone and try to compensate the cust so that cust would come bk. I was very dissatisfied!!!!!! I bought my car at that location.
