This is a great dealership because Bob Frankel established it. So long as the new owners take care of the customers the way Frankel did they will succeed. established it. So long as the new owners take care of the customers the way Frankel did they will succeed. More

Have never had the best experience at this dealership. They lost a sale to us and service takes 4ever...Sad. Poorly run...great location, but worth driving further to feel better served as a customer... They lost a sale to us and service takes 4ever...Sad. Poor customer service, made appt over 2 weeks ago was told would have loaner car, when I arrived @ 9:00 am was told no loaner because car was not purchased from them, they called lyft service to take me told would have loaner car, when I arrived @ 9:00 am was told no loaner because car was not purchased from them, they called lyft service to take me home...received call at 3:00 saying mileage on car over 79000 most likely service not covered under warranty, advised rep. Adrian my vehicle only had 42,000 miles on it, did not know what car he was talking about.. at that point I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with Grant who said rep had turn numbers around in error , advised him of the Incident with the loaner car. Asked Grant when would car be ready, he said they were just pulling in shop not sure.. my car was there since 9:00am, before leaving I stressed to Adrian that I need my vehicle for transportation....Once Grant said wasn’t sure when Car would be ready advised him that I would be picking car up, do not perform work. On August 14, 2020 I emailed Leslie about having my vehicle serviced because she contacted me June 26, 2020 about having my vehicle service and I responded I will get back to you soon. (My service sticker was for June 28,2020 or 59,745. My mileage was 56240 on August 27,2020.) she responded to my August 14, 2020 email that Bill will contact me. I did not get any calls or email from anyone. So I went on their website portal for scheduling an appointment which I was directed to do from Leslie’s email. Still No Answer! I called the service department on Wednesday morning August 27,2020 and talked to Bill who exclaimed he could not look at my vehicle until September 4, 2020. I explained, that’s why I tried contacting you all two weeks in advance and that housing my vehicle for 8 days was not good for me. Maybe I should go to another dealer. Now he made me feel like I couldn’t afford to get my car fix. He told me there would be a $295.00 diagnostic fee and if I did not get the car fixed I would have the fee. Ok, I said, I have a service contract. Well, my labor fee is $285 an hour and you would have to pay the difference. Really. Where is my service appointment. I don’t need you to drag down my policy. I know what my deductible is. I still did not get an appointment. Bring your car in and I try to fit you in, said Bill. You can’t keep my car until September 4th; how much are your storage fees, I replied. I felt like I was begging them to take my car and my money; as if I wasn’t welcome. And they don’t give loaner to customer who did not buy their Range Rovers at Hunt Valley. I did not feel the Range Rover at Hunt Valley state of the art customers service as I did with my other visits. My abs light, hill descent and stability control was unavailable making the car braking system to make noise and hard to steer. I was going to have the vehicle towed. However, after speaking with Bill I try driving the car around the corner and those issues was gone just the lights were lit. So I drove my car in. There were 2 customer in front of me and they was waiting for their vehicles, but me I had to leave my vehicle. The wanted to charge me $1214.00 for front brakes and rotors and cleaning off the abs sensor. I was told my front brakes was $847. Plus the $295 for the diagnostic 700 to clean fuel injectors and 700 for multi - maintenance and an oil change I didn’t need. My service and recommendations for June 28, 2020 was for multi- maintenance $600.00, front Brakes And rotors $647.00 oil change $165. I was told the prices went up and changes from time to time. Well those prices looks like price gouging to me. I picked up my car and they drove over 20 miles and left me I on empty. I guess I paid them $295.00 to drive my car over 20 miles and to take out my hum GPS system so I could not tell where my vehicle been all day and all night. I have a hum device which detect mechanical malfunctions as well. My hum had no malfunction detected until after picking up my car. The very next day and driving trip which was August 28, 2020 8:20pm. I get a emission malfunction. I guest I look like an easy Sitting duck to rip off. I would not take my vehicle back there again. I don’t like the feeling of a second hand citizen begging please care for my car. I promise I can afford it and by the way you can loan my vehicle to your more valuable customers. By all means brake something else since I agree to your astronomical price of $1214. More
