The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership period much less a “premium” vehicle dealership. Communication is NON EXISTANT. My vehicle could have been complete in 2-3 days (4 max) but it was period much less a “premium” vehicle dealership. Communication is NON EXISTANT. My vehicle could have been complete in 2-3 days (4 max) but it was there over two weeks. I am not going to get into the warranty thing. If it wasn’t for me personally calling and following up about my warranty (with the warranty place not the dealership) I believe my vehicle would still be sitting there. In addition they tried to literally xxxx me on pricing. I completely get and understand how service fees/pricing works however in this case not the warranty and another (Respectable Land Rover Dealership that I deal with) told me that what they were charging for labor time was beyond absurd. I’ve been going to and using this dealership since it was Frankel Cadillac, I have had my Jags handled here, this is my first Rover and I promise you I will drive 20 more minutes it takes me to get to the other Range Dealership to do all of my future service and purchases. I could go on a lot further but I don’t feel like typing a novel. Simply the worst experience ever in my years of dealing with “higher end” dealerships. If I was oblivious to things my vehicle would still be there and I would have been charged over 30% more for zero. Lesson learned - never again. More

I took my Velar for service at Land Rover Hunt Valley a few times for software upgrade, connectivity issues and was forced to reschedule a few times (no explanation of anything, except that we are busy) un few times for software upgrade, connectivity issues and was forced to reschedule a few times (no explanation of anything, except that we are busy) until I was greeted with a smile by Anna Rosetti. She was very polite, professional, honest, and knowledgeable (explained everything in detail). She took very good care of me, kept in touch every step of the way. I replaced the turbo on my Range Rover myself as the factory turbo is welded together and it cracked which is very common. When I finished it wasn't working quite right so I took it Land Rover Hunt Vall factory turbo is welded together and it cracked which is very common. When I finished it wasn't working quite right so I took it Land Rover Hunt Valley and spent 330$ for them to tell me that aftermarket turbo's do not work in Range Rovers and quoted me 7,000$ to replace. After a little research I adjusted the wastegate actuator and the vehicle works better than new. I would be very sceptical of any diagnosis this place gives you. More
Resourceful & knowledgeable group of technicians. Service & work on the vehicle was well done. But, delay to the service was because we did not get notified as to the total amount of work & cost of Service & work on the vehicle was well done.
