I had an appointment for service but they couldn't find it when I arrived. The service was fine but it took much longer than originally quoted. When something needs to be done, they and their colleagues are there to assist in solving the problem. Also, technicians Nick and Austin were especially prompt and kind this visit. They got my Amazing Range Rover back on the road impressively quickly. Master Technician, Leon, also deserves a lot of thanks and respect. My thanks to all in the Service Center. Do not bring your vehicle here for service! This was the worst customer service experience from beginning to end. My scheduled appointment was not in the system despite my emailed confirmation This was the worst customer service experience from beginning to end. My scheduled appointment was not in the system despite my emailed confirmation with the correct date, time, and location. Thanks so much for that MILENA BINDEL. When I got there at 7:45 AM for my 8:00 am appointment they were short staffed. It was 20 minutes of waiting before anyone spoke with me. Then Javier took great care of me. He was new and did not know all of the ins and outs of the dealership but he was very kind. They performed my yearly maintenance. This took 4 hours. Then on my 60 minute drive home the check engine light came on. Turns out they never put my oil cap back on. Now I have oil all over my engine compartment AND I cannot drive my vehicle. I have also called and asked to speak with the service manager. I was on hold for 25 minutes before finally getting to speak with him. Of course this mess is not his fault but he will be doing his best to fix it. I have lost all faith in this service department and will be taking my vehicle to Harrisburg in the future. More
