Land Rover Hunt Valley - Service Center

I had an appointment for service on Monday. No one ever called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to their closing time. Tuesday, still no call. I called them late in the day and again was told that they were just now taking my car in to be looked at. Wednesday, still no call. The excuse this time was the mechanic was out sick. Thursday I had to again call them and the service representative had a lot of trouble figuring out who I was or what was being done to my car. They finally did some work on the car and I went in late on Friday to pick it up. They didn't have the car ready and I had to wait for quite a while before they could figure out what they were doing. I picked up my car but had to leave my other car on their lot and pick it up the following day. First thing Saturday morning Paul Darby calls me at work and wants me to get my other car out of the customer parking area. I guess I wasn't considered a customer. Amazingly rude staff, BAD service and the work they did, well, the car still has the same problem. They will never see me there ever again! More
