Absolutely worst service i’ve ever experienced. Went to drop off my vehicle early in morning with appointment and tried to tell them that i live 3 hours away so please take good care of my car. The engine light was kinda on and off with no any weird sound or anything wrong while running. After diagnosed they gave me whole checklist with everything was OK except the DEF DOSING INJECTOR AND REGERATION FILTER that need to clean because Diesel system may run different also come with unreasonable price almost $600 just for cleaning. Then i wanna know the reason causing problem and they said maybe im not having my cat running at enought speed 75mph on the highway but they dont know that im on the highway 30 minutes every single day to work. Ridiculous and how stupid i still want them to repair. CLEANING SYSTEM took almost all day when dropoff at 8am and get the car back at 6pm. Ok Fine after waiting all day and drove the car back home only 30 minutes on the road then the engine light was on again that make me ao upset. I dont know if the engine could die on the way home so who will take responsibility for us while im driving my wife and kids home. I usually got my service done at north houston dealler with nothing wrong. I dont know why this time i took my carhere and paid for nothing fixed. I will write this review on all of my social media so people could be aware and pick the right place for their service needed. The advisor name was Rolando Flores. Horrible service and i dont know what the technician did to my car. Called them back on next day and he told me maybe my car runs into different error code. Are you trying to steal customer’s money by doing this? Fixing problem for so many time? Wasting their time to ask them coming back and forth to pay for your service? I would Give you ZERO star if i can. I will call mu bank to get my money back i will get my car fixed at another dealer. Never see any Luxury Brand could do this horrible service to customer. Never get my car appraised even i did requested from them. More

It was easy to make the appointment and, once there, the whole service was fast, smooth and efficient. I had a new advisor this time, but he is very nice and helpful and knowledgeable of his trade. The service was finished before the expected time and the shuttle ride, provided by Mr Freud (sorry, don’t remember his last name, was a pleasant one. Thanks ! More
Land Rover Houston Central did a great job on my recent visit. They offered to re-finish my wheel after I accidentally hit their curb and went beyond my expectations for customer service. Dropped car off at 0830 for replacement of faulty tire pressure guage. Work was completed within an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable (.And socially distanced as well ). I scheduled an appointment with the Service Department to install an umbrella holder for 10am. The Service Advisor did not approach us until 20 minutes later. We were told it would take 2 hours to install install an umbrella holder for 10am. The Service Advisor did not approach us until 20 minutes later. We were told it would take 2 hours to install the holder. The Service Advisor told us after 2 hours, it would take an additional 5-6 hours to install the holder. Horrific first time experience. DO NOT USE. Horrific experience. They will attempt to overcharge after you agree to an estimate. If you use this dealer, carefully review your invoice before paying. Gave away my loaner car and after three weeks trying to get another appointment, they finally had me get a loaner car from Enterprise where I had to pickup and return. Not what you would expect from a luxury brand. I sold my Range Rover because of poor service. More
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want the cost to go up from the estimate & if you want to get poor service. No need to schedule service as they are at least 3 days out from diagnostics. Just showing up is the same as scheduling service. You get a nice text message listing issues along with pricing but prices change after repairs. Could have changed because I declined some of the things listed. Oil change & filter was quoted @ 179.95 but actual cost was 202.01. Replace key fob cover was quoted @ no charge but actual cost was 36.89. Text message shows things on the multi point inspection list as OK but were actually chargeable issues also listed in the same text. Dealership prices are always higher than they should be but this places prices are way out of line. What is the point for paying a high price for diagonostics when the actual repairs costs more? Went to get the car & was told it would be 30 - 45 minutes then waited 2 hours & 15 minutes for it. Wouldn't give it even a 1 except it is required. More
