Absolutely worst service i’ve ever experienced. Went to drop off my vehicle early in morning with appointment and tried to tell them that i live 3 hours away so please take good care of my car. The Went to drop off my vehicle early in morning with appointment and tried to tell them that i live 3 hours away so please take good care of my car. The engine light was kinda on and off with no any weird sound or anything wrong while running. After diagnosed they gave me whole checklist with everything was OK except the DEF DOSING INJECTOR AND REGERATION FILTER that need to clean because Diesel system may run different also come with unreasonable price almost $600 just for cleaning. Then i wanna know the reason causing problem and they said maybe im not having my cat running at enought speed 75mph on the highway but they dont know that im on the highway 30 minutes every single day to work. Ridiculous and how stupid i still want them to repair. CLEANING SYSTEM took almost all day when dropoff at 8am and get the car back at 6pm. Ok Fine after waiting all day and drove the car back home only 30 minutes on the road then the engine light was on again that make me ao upset. I dont know if the engine could die on the way home so who will take responsibility for us while im driving my wife and kids home. I usually got my service done at north houston dealler with nothing wrong. I dont know why this time i took my carhere and paid for nothing fixed. I will write this review on all of my social media so people could be aware and pick the right place for their service needed. The advisor name was Rolando Flores. Horrible service and i dont know what the technician did to my car. Called them back on next day and he told me maybe my car runs into different error code. Are you trying to steal customer’s money by doing this? Fixing problem for so many time? Wasting their time to ask them coming back and forth to pay for your service? I would Give you ZERO star if i can. I will call mu bank to get my money back i will get my car fixed at another dealer. Never see any Luxury Brand could do this horrible service to customer. Never get my car appraised even i did requested from them. More

Buckle up, folks! Hold on tight as I regale you with the absurdity and trickery that defines this automotive comedy of errors. Picture this: I purchased a vehicle from these self-proclaimed experts, fully expecting it to be in top-notch condition. Oh, how wrong I was! Within a blink of an eye, or should I say within 30 days, I discovered a whopping $2,000 worth of motor damage. It's almost impressive how they managed to miss such a colossal issue during their "thorough" inspection. Maybe they were too busy counting their fingers, or perhaps they were playing hide-and-seek with the engine parts. Either way, their incompetence is truly awe-inspiring. But wait, there's more! Brace yourselves for the grand reveal of their hidden surprise—the desperate need for new rotors and brakes, costing me an extra $800. It's like buying a fancy sports car and discovering it's equipped with Flintstone-style braking technology. How these so-called "experts" missed such an obvious flaw is beyond me. Maybe they were too busy admiring the dealership's shiny coffee machine to notice the vehicle's actual functionality. It's as if they have a secret competition to see how many repairs they can squeeze out of unsuspecting customers. Congratulations, Land Rover Houston Central Dealership, you win the gold medal for creative incompetence! Naturally, I tried reaching out to them for assistance. And what did I get in return? The sweet sound of silence. It's as if their customer service department was on a team-building retreat with Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. It took Herculean efforts on my part to finally elicit a response. But hey, who needs prompt customer service when you can play a thrilling game of "Let's Ignore the Customer" instead? Land Rover Houston Central Dealership: where communication is about as reliable as their faulty vehicles. To top it all off, the salesman, sensing the storm of dissatisfaction brewing, promised to talk to the manager about fixing the mess they sold me. But surprise, surprise—the general manager swiftly rejected any notion of providing service for the vehicle. I guess their idea of customer service is akin to a magician's trick, where they make your problems disappear faster than you can say "abracadabra." Bravo, Land Rover Houston Central Dealership, you've mastered the art of deception! In conclusion, dear adventurers, avoid this automotive circus at all costs. Land Rover Houston Central Dealership is like a theme park ride you never wanted to be on—full of thrills, spills, and an overwhelming sense of regret. Don't be fooled by their empty promises and lackluster inspections. Spare yourself the comedy of errors and find a dealership that actually knows what they're doing. Trust me, you'll thank me later when you're cruising down the road without a care in the world, leaving Land Rover Houston Central Dealership in the rearview mirror, where it belongs—just a distant memory of automotive misadventure More
