I made the mistake of listening to the Range Rover mechanics recommendations. The truck was there over a month waiting on the radiator to arrive. The vehicle was dropped off on December 28th, I did no mechanics recommendations. The truck was there over a month waiting on the radiator to arrive. The vehicle was dropped off on December 28th, I did not pick up the vehicle until January 31st. This was not the first time the truck was having a coolant issue. During the month I had three different advisors, Casey, Vinnie and at the very end, a Leslie. On the day the truck was to be picked up( my advisor at this point was Vinnie) | was asked to wait as they did there final inspections. I picked the truck up late on a Friday afternoon, made it 20 minutes down the road before the vehicle turned off, coasting to a stop. Range Rover had the car towed. They held the vehicle for another 9 days, every day messaging that there were no updates on the vehicle. Finally advisor named Leslie sent a text and a video stating the engine was blown. I listened to their recommendations, incited a $4700 dollar bill, just to pick the vehicle up and only make it 20 minutes towards home. Range Rover I don't need to call your manager, tell him/her to feel free to call me. One would think if you valued yourself in customer service that you would have already called. More

First class service , from the initial phone call until i received my car back after the service was completed. Very professional , explained what my car needed, and made sure I had no questions. Worst Service Department! ! I would NEVER bring my Range Tovwr to this service dept again. My 2018 Range Rover was brought in on November 13 2024. I had an appointment to get m ! I would NEVER bring my Range Tovwr to this service dept again. My 2018 Range Rover was brought in on November 13 2024. I had an appointment to get my water pump replaced. Had already had it diagnosed so knew what we were bringing it in for. We knew 2 tires also needed replacing so asked that they replace back tires. We verified that they had the parts/tires. We were told they did.. Long story short. Our vehicle was not returned to us until November 26 2024. I was really worried something went wrong and txt the advisor about my fears. When we picked up our car n drove off, we instantly knew something was wrong. It was the end of the day so the service dept was closed. We drive home and called immediately. It took several days before the service manager called us back. I took the car back in and was told that my transfer case was bad and would cost 12,000.00 to repair This diagnosis came after a technician got in the car for a 2 minute drive.. in my opinion , they knew what was wrong because it happened in their care WT xxxx. We just paid 4000.00 to have them ( in my opinion) cause major damage. DO NOT GO HERE. Took our car to Charleston. It had always been serviced in Atlanta(Buckhead) great service dept. ..I was told my car was worked on 4different times. Vinny is the Service manager and is terrible. More
