When service told me he was wrong to make that claim, I got him on the phone again, and again, the response was to transfer me to service. I'd hoped that customer satisfaction was as important as closing the sale. Apparently not. More

Great Experience!! My wife and I had great experience at Land Rover Farmington Valley. We owned a Range Rover Evoque and were interested in the Range Rover Sport. We w My wife and I had great experience at Land Rover Farmington Valley. We owned a Range Rover Evoque and were interested in the Range Rover Sport. We were very happy with the Evoque but were looking at the Sport because of it's size, but really did not think that we would be buying. I spoke with Tom Zukowski over the phone and then decided that we would at least drive there and look at what they had for pre-owned Sports. When we arrived we waked around their lot looking at vehicles. After walking around for a bit we met with Tom. Tom was a very nice guy and most importantly was not pushy when it came to the vehicles. We explained that we were curious but really not in the market at the time but looking for the future. What we did not know going in was our future was now. Tom showed us a few vehicles that interested us so we took one for a test drive. We loved the vehicle. My wife and I spoke with Tom and he said that he could help us get into the vehicle. After a short time Tom had worked it out enabling us to purchase the Range Rover Sport HSE. I was amazed on how he was able to accommodate all of our concerns. He got us a good price on our trade, above market and gave us a great price on our new vehicle. In addition to purchasing the vehicle, Tom maneuvered through the paperwork and we drove it home within an hour. I would say that Tom and Farmington Valley kept us as the customer first and the sale second. We are from a different state than this dealer location but will return here for services and sales. Farmington provided us with a loaner vehicle, brand new, 52 miles on it when we brought the vehicle back for a promised service. I have purchased many vehicles through out my lifetime and this was a GREAT experience and we received GREAT service. Thank you Tom and Farmington Valley. More

Land Rover Discovery This was the 3rd car I was looking at after the Audi Q5 and Acura RDX. I spoke with Don and explained to him what I wanted in my next car. Don just took all info from me and said he will get back to me shortly after doing some research. I gave this dealership 5 stars for a reason, Don was prompt in getting back to me with exactly what I was looking for within my budget. We scheduled a time for me and my wife to go down there and test drive the car. We liked the Land Rover Discovery and rest was just some paperwork formality. Don even came to pick me up from work later in the day so I could sign all paperwork and take delivery of the car. Now after all this was time to meet with Mike who patiently went over all the details of the car with me and has also offered to come over to our house so he could show my wife all functionality of the car - WOW!!!! Great job at keeping your customers happy. More
