Not a pleasant experience. We just felt awkward the whole time. We couldn't get straight answers on pricing or even which vehicles were actually for sale. After seeing several SUVs and test driving one, getting a final number was painful. After an hour the salesperson came back with the trade value of our SUV (btw $4,000 under kelly blue book which they don't recognize), but had no information on financing options. It took another 45 minutes to finally get somewhere. Overall it didn't feel very friendly or welcoming for that matter. In the end we still almost bought the car, but the customer service left us with a bad taste in our mouth so we chose not to buy it after all. Really like the cars but we will not go back here again. More
