Caution Regarding This Dealership I want to share a deeply disappointing experience with Land Rover Hartford. As someone who has leased Range Rovers for over 20 years, I have come to expect a certain l deeply disappointing experience with Land Rover Hartford. As someone who has leased Range Rovers for over 20 years, I have come to expect a certain level of professionalism from the brand and its representatives, expectations that were completely unmet in this case. In January, I placed an order for a newly built Range Rover and paid a $3,000 deposit. The salesperson assured me the vehicle would arrive by the end of March, which was ideal, as I would be traveling abroad until then. In mid-March, I received word that the vehicle had arrived. I promptly submitted the requested documentation to finalize the lease. To my shock, I was later informed that the dealership had sold the car to someone else. Clearly, this person, aware of the upcoming tariffs on foreign cars, chose to pay a premium to purchase a car that had already been sold. There was no explanation, no accountability, and, most upsetting, no apology from the head of sales, Kyle, or from the management of Mitchell Auto Group, despite my direct outreach. It took 10 days just to have my deposit returned. It is unacceptable that a dealership representing a premium brand would operate with such a lack of integrity and transparency. I am now reaching out to Jaguar Land Rover USA to express my concerns. While the vehicles themselves are outstanding, the sales process must reflect the same level of excellence. The following incident occurred with a 2023 Range Rover (the vehicle) LWB - $170K MSRP On June 25, our 2023 Range Rover was driven by one or more Land Rover Hartford (LRH) employees to our home after be (the vehicle) LWB - $170K MSRP On June 25, our 2023 Range Rover was driven by one or more Land Rover Hartford (LRH) employees to our home after being serviced. That same day I received an anonymous text stating that "someone was abusing your vehicle at the Land Rover Hartford dealership" including a video taken from the driver's seat of the vehicle that showed the following: Cruise control set to 93 and the driver performed a launch control during which it passes a 30 mph speed limit sign at 62 mph. We drive on these same streets everyday and our neighbors recognize our vehicle. That same day I shared the text message with Adrienne and Aaron (owner). After they looked into the matter further I was informed that the video had been posted on social media along with our personal information, including our name and address. I was told the LRH employee that took the video while driving the vehicle was terminated, however, his supervisor that endorsed the behavior as he was following my vehicle, still works there. Only after I threatened legal action did Aaron offer to provide an extended warranty on my vehicle to cover any future damage the abuse may have caused. I agreed but Aaron never followed through, instead stringing me along for months. More

The co-owner is arrogant and marks up vehicles 15-50K above sticker or used car pricing or as Aaron is pricing them " market value" when other dealerships are selling for sticker or real used car pricing above sticker or used car pricing or as Aaron is pricing them " market value" when other dealerships are selling for sticker or real used car pricing. Then, calls and demand when you should take delivery, not when you can take delivery. Go to other dealers and save yourself A LOT of money. Robert Gengras is in North Haven now, and Aaron is making disparaging remarks about Robert. You'll have a much better experience in North Haven as I did; I got a brand new 24 RR LWB ATB for a sticker, whereas Aaron wanted $30K over the sticker for a used 23 RR LWB ATB with 5K miles on it. Sales reps in Hartford have attitudes and almost feel like they are at a lower-value vehicle with high-pressure sales staff. Stay away from this dealership unless you have an LR and need emergency service. More

Extremely rude experience with Kyle Skiba, sales manager. He doesn't seem to appreciate customers and gets irritated when the conversation isn't exactly the way he imagines it should be.
