Missed major issues during pre purchase inspection. I paid for a Pre Purchase Inspection at Flow Land Rover Greensboro and the Service Technician failed to put the vehicle on a lift during the inspectio I paid for a Pre Purchase Inspection at Flow Land Rover Greensboro and the Service Technician failed to put the vehicle on a lift during the inspection. Placing the vehicle on a lift for an underside inspection is a standard practice for any inspection, according to two other Land Rover dealers and one independent service shop I contacted later. After their inspection, I was told by Flow Land Rover Greensboro that there were no issues with the vehicle, so I made the purchase. Just after, I had the oil changed at another shop (I have my vehicles serviced properly) and three major and obvious issues were found when the vehicle was on a lift, that will cost almost $2,000.00 to remedy. After seeing photos of the issues, Flow Land Rover of Greensboro offered a refund on the cost of the inspection. Very disappointing. I like the vehicle but cannot recommend Land Rover Greensboro for service work. More
