Purchased my last Range in 2012 and the service was amazing . Eleven years later the entire experience just as amazing , timing from getting there to leaving was faster , fun , warm , amazing , just GR amazing . I live in Naples and was looking for a certain Velar. They had one in stock and we came to terms. I flew up to drive it home. They picked me up at the airport, much appreciated. The car was missing a few factory accessories on a CPO unit, I could live with that even though it was a surprise. Delivery took hours due to them only having one key when I specifically verified it would have two. The outside agency that handles title work/ license plates for out of state buyers really didn't know that they were talking about when it comes to a plate transfer, again something I can deal with. What I struggle with is the couple thousand in work the CPO car needed when I got it back to Naples. The CPO wasn't activated and CPO only covered part of the work. I was told this car was front line ready and CPOd so I would have no issues. It had coolant leaks, bad motor mounts, etc. They eventually got the CPO warrant activated (I think 2 weeks) but again, I was still out other repair money that shouldn't have been the case. I trust my local Naples dealer and these issues should have been noticed during CPO inspection. More

My son bought a pre-owned car here. After some "dealer nonsense" during negotiations, finally came to terms. Although it was a rather large ($80,000) purchase, since it was not a Land R After some "dealer nonsense" during negotiations, finally came to terms. Although it was a rather large ($80,000) purchase, since it was not a Land Rover and the dealer therfor cannot anticipate any follow-on brand loyalty, it seemed almost "normal" for them to treat us like second rate citizens. We made an appointment to take delivery, which should have taken 30-45 minutes.... it took approx. two hours. During that time our salesman attended to several other customers. Had to track him down (as well as the business manager) or quite some time. All while we sat and waited. Also as an aside, I was quite surprised that a reputable dealership would not offer any warranty whatsover. Take the car and good luck. Not a terrible experience but doubtful if we will go back there. More
