We used to deal with Ken in the Glen Cove dealership and he moved to Florida. This was the second time we went into this dealership. Dominick who was very nice retired. Other than those two the sales peo he moved to Florida. This was the second time we went into this dealership. Dominick who was very nice retired. Other than those two the sales people are the worst! They make it virtually impossible to want to stay there and talk to them. The last person Juan was nice enough but had no knowledge of the vehicles and just kept telling us they don't have any but proceeded to show us a car owned by someone. Anyway, we understand the issues all the dealerships are going through but when it changes people aren't going to want to go back to certain places because of previous experiences. More
