I normally don't write reviews, but I am very disappointed in the level of service performed on my vehicle. This was the first time dealing with this particular dealership. I won't be returning disappointed in the level of service performed on my vehicle. This was the first time dealing with this particular dealership. I won't be returning. I am currently seeking another dealership who can correctly fix my vehicle which is under warranty, I would expect better. service for a new car. Neil was genuinely nice, but the service performed was below expectations. My vehicle is currently not working appropriately. More

I took my 2015 LR RR Autobiography for a regular maintenance and Suspension Failure warning. They had it for about 2 weeks due to 1-warranty eligibility and 2- parts availability. Neil was my service rep and not only was he attentive, but a pleasant person to work with. He communicated along the way to keep me informed about the status of my car. We love our vehicle, but service is always an extremely difficult and frustrating experience. I only wish the service department would catch up to other high end vehicles service experiences and or the qua difficult and frustrating experience. I only wish the service department would catch up to other high end vehicles service experiences and or the quality and looks of the range rover itself. Disappointment is a constant when it comes to getting an appointment, the team knowing you're coming in, what you are there for and the ability to execute within any reasonable timeframe. Hopefully at some point this changes but for us 2 new vehicles purchased there over time and this has been a constant. More

On time, seemed to do the job right, but price was ridiculous. $397 for an oil change, nothing else. Asked about buying tires, gave my brand preference, they printed out an offer for cheap tires and ridiculous. $397 for an oil change, nothing else. Love this dealership…I’ve had to replace 3 tires in the last year unfortunately because of nails or some kind of puncture (gotta love construction zones!) and they have replaced them each time quickly.
