While the diagnostic came out worst than we thought, Al and the service team were terrific in identifying the issues and working to quickly fix the problems. Al was super professional, knowledgeable, and and the service team were terrific in identifying the issues and working to quickly fix the problems. Al was super professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to the problems we had with our car key and moonroof issues. It says that the coolant level pipe was losen, so the car took from Monday to Monday to get fixed 7 days to tighten a losen pipe, I would however understand if it was communicated for me the time, but I was took from Monday to Monday to get fixed 7 days to tighten a losen pipe, I would however understand if it was communicated for me the time, but I was told they will update me i couple of days on how long it will take, I dropped the car on Monday, had no feedback until I called them myself on Friday to tell me it will be finished on same day or max Saturday, I didn’t get any update on neither of those day, and got a voice message on Monday that the car is done to pick called on 3 different times not response, so I just went there to pick it up. Communication is essential don’t you think? More

Unfortunately I had a negative experience with Land Rover. First, my vehicle was misdiagnosed. No imagery or video footage was taken by the tech to show me what was wrong with my vehicle. My service consultant couldn't even explain where the part is located on the vehicle. While my vehicle was at the dealership, it sustained some damage to the rear bumper, which they tried to hide, hoping I would not see it. The follow up on the damage was very poor. I had to reach out numerous times to multiple employees to receive a call back. Very unprofessional. For a professional dealership to provide service like this is unacceptable, especially when the customer is charged over $300 per hour for labor rates. Very disappointed with the quality of work, communication, pricing of service performed and damage sustained to my vehicle. No additional compensation or anything offered for this experience. More

Less than 24 hours later my phone rang and it was Hila letting me know my car was ready and the problem had been corrected!!! Thank you Hila and thank you Land Rover of Fort Lauderdale. More
