He resolved this matter to my complete satisfaction. My previous 3 vehicles were a 3 series BMW, an M5 BMW and a 650 BMW. I am pretty sure none of those dealerships I dealt with would have resolved my rim issue to such complete satisfaction. However, this is simply the manner in which this Land Rover dealership treats their customers - they treat them with courtesy, friendliness, fairness and understanding. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service and sales.
