Jose was very professional to deal with. Not only did he project a great image for the dealership but was knowledgeable. He knew his stuff as I made a number of enquiries. BUT the dealership, is obviously a large corporation. I made the service appointment over the phone, have been there many times over the years. When I happened to stop by in person beforehand, I noticed the large SignBoard that the dealership was moving from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. March 21, 2 days before my appt. But he last text reminder they subsequently sent me, used the original address, so I assumed that it was simply a lack of updating all systems so went to the new location. Getting there I was told, NO, they hadn't moved yet! So I had to drive out of my way to the right place! The visit ended up being fine after that misstart, bit I wonder how many others were so incovenienced? It is a large corporation, so I can only assume that their attitude is, WHY SHOULD WE CARE. I will await there response to include it in my own on-line posting. More
