I’ve bought 2 cars from this dealership and I find them to be consistent and well organized. I live in Miami Florida but I choose to drive to this location. Taiwo Miller did a great job, he fixed several issues through good problem solving. The service experience overall was just ok. I am not a big fan of negative reviews but in the last few years, by far I have never seen a place more deserving of a horrible review than the service department of Land Rover/Range Rover Fort Lauderdale few years, by far I have never seen a place more deserving of a horrible review than the service department of Land Rover/Range Rover Fort Lauderdale. I will often overlook a bad restaurant meal or mediocre service because people have bad days and companies aren’t perfect. However, Service advisor Amanda Levy and the team at this location treated our family with such disdain, such disrespect and such nastiness it cannot go unstated. Putting aside the fact that we are servicing an $80k vehicle and would expect at least a decent level of customer service and appreciation (and on top of paying over a disgusting $1,000 for the service), this goes way beyond bad service and a bad day. Amanda Levy was the rudest, nastiest, most miserable and disrespectful employee my wife and I have dealt with in any manner of recent memory. This location and Ms Levy refused to provide a loaner car (awful service; every vehicle we’ve had for the last 15+ years has provided a loaner), tried to upsell us multiple times, talked down to us when we asked questions and didn’t want to buy more services, and didn’t so much as lift a finger to assist with concerns we had about the time the service would take nor the prices being charged. Ms Levy plainly saw we had a 4 year old with us and couldn’t have cared less with regard to helping to secure a loaner (she actually said “just sit and wait 4 hours, maybe more”) or to even give a bottle of water. This went way beyond a bad day or an unhappy employee; this was a despicable attitude showing a blatant disregard for the customer. In a million years I will never buy or lease a Range Rover or Land Rover after our lease is up, based on todays experience. Just awful. More
